This place is so awesome!!!! When ever I have a problem they are with me 100 percent!! I recommend rock springs storage to everybody in the tri cities!!

The management is super friendly and helpful. In every way they could make it better for me, they did. If I ever need a place for storage again, I will definitely come back to Rock Springs Storage. Safe and secure. Since new management took over, they have updated the premises with a security gate and cameras. It’s a safe place for anyone, even a female alone, to be without worrying that someone is there that shouldn’t be.

Since the new management took over (Chris, Sam and his wife), I could not be happier with the service I have received at Rock Springs Storage. They have been so accommodating and even helped up with the move to our new home. A great group of folks there who have become friends.

Rented an inside 15x20 unit from them. Not what I expected, but went on with it. When I was shown the unit, there were 3 (I'm gonna call them gel trees, lift the top and gel/gummy like stuff inside, use the cap to adjust how much fragrance to be let into the room) in the room. The interior are the climate controlled rooms. They used to be offices and such, so don't expect to see a standard storage area.
