This was my first ever storage building as I’ve never had a big move before, despite that the owner and their team has been amazing! They answer phone calls very efficiently and even if they miss your call they will call you back. They are extremely clear when it comes to bills and the entire process which meant I was never confused. There were no leaks and the unit was very clean. This facility is safe and secure. The owners are polite and professional. I would definitely rent from them again!

The management is super friendly and helpful. In every way they could make it better for me, they did. If I ever need a place for storage again, I will definitely come back to Rock Springs Storage. Safe and secure. Since new management took over, they have updated the premises with a security gate and cameras. It’s a safe place for anyone, even a female alone, to be without worrying that someone is there that shouldn’t be.

This place is so awesome!!!! When ever I have a problem they are with me 100 percent!! I recommend rock springs storage to everybody in the tri cities!!

Since the new management took over (Chris, Sam and his wife), I could not be happier with the service I have received at Rock Springs Storage. They have been so accommodating and even helped up with the move to our new home. A great group of folks there who have become friends.
