New building, same great people and outstanding service!
Front desk pleasantry is a hit or miss with the moodiness of the either two women working it. A Nurse Practitioner there to dish out referrals. Simply a middle man offloading veterans into community care or video calls with Sheridan, Salt Lake or Denver. No MD onsite, at least not one I am aware of. First time visiting a VA Clinic. After my first appointment I was thrilled that I found the only VA clinic with no issues, as I always heard the horror stories of other vets… Well, fast forward to a few weeks later when the issues began. The pharmacy in Sheridan called me to schedule a consultation for my newly prescribed meds. But when you call back they are not available, and after getting routed 5 times were they ask you to verify who you are (name, address, phone number, last 4 of SSN, e-mail, and reason for the call) I ... read more
