When I first moved here in June 2025, there were less than desirable neighbors, likely due to policies allowed by the previous management. The new manager Cathy is great and looks out for residents. As each month passes by, troubling residents leave and nicer ones move in. I've only seen the cops go to one building and it was like 3 times. I feel very safe and the rent is great at $900 a month (after water, trash, gas, etc...) for a 2 bedroom apartment. I also like the tile floors (at least in my apt).
