Very Nice Rent is resonable, and the places are (as of 2008) very new. The apt manager (as of 2008 - Jo) is super nice...unless you misbehave. She's friends with all the cops and won't hesitate to call them, but that keeps the places super safe. Lease is one year - and you pretty much can't get out of it (they try to make it hard to do). But it's a great place to live.
