Incredibly impressed with this contractor, especially Sean. I have an OLD system (heat pump and gas furnace). Heat stopped on a Saturday. Didn't call for a contractor until Monday as we have gas fireplace and space heaters. Sean arrived on-time, and diagnosed the problem within an hour or two. I dreaded the expense of a whole new system. Sean was honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. It was fixed for less than $500! Sean is an amazing technician. He has serviced our unit a couple times. He talked me trough an issue in the dead of winter and got my unit back up. Just recently he talked me through an issue with the AC and got me back up a running. I highly recommend Rock Springs.

This was my second time using Rock Spring Mechanical Services and I can't recommend them enough! The technicians and customer service representatives I interacted with were friendly, polite, and professional, and helped me get my HVAC problem taken care of quickly. The technician who came out to the property took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my unit and corrected the issue at hand for a very fair price.
