The owners, staff, and trainers are top notch. Spacious fitness center with a ton space, great classes from aqua fit (in the amazing pool area), strength class, total body conditioning, cardio ball and a ton of others with great space that is very well utilized. The personal trainers give you a choice of working downstairs in the gym or you can get the vip treatment upstairs away from the hustle of the gym. This place is one of the best. Clean, affordable with great options for your membership. A top quality fitness center!
Can’t workout in peace since they took the class rooms away. Now classes, gym workout and stretching area is all crowded with everyone in the same place Making it like a fish market
