This gym in Tinton Falls is easily one of the best all around fitness and recovery facilities in the area. The pool is clean and well maintained, perfect for swimming laps or low-impact workouts. What really makes this place stand out is the recovery lab having access to both hot and cold plunges along with the sauna takes recovery to another level. Got a chance to check out the Rock sports club. Definitely a gym for the fitness enthusiast! They have a big Warehouse type gym with tons of equipment weights. Treadmills and also a separate pool area with a 50 m pool and two lanes. That's pretty rare around here. They also have a recovery zone where if you're a member you get to use their sauna and hot and cold tubs. I was a member of rock sports club for many years, and it used to be a club that I could recommend. I finally decided to cancel my membership for multiple reasons that all added up to the gym simply not being worth the price they charge. The employees who work there have been there for a pretty long time and are all very nice. But I cannot warrant spending over $50/mo (with an extra $25 fee 2x year) for so many inconveniences.
