I signed up for a membership at this gym recently and they were trying to figure out the program details. I asked specifically can I use the gym on the day of my service and they said no problem to get me to sign up and take my $500 initiation fee. On my first visit they treated me horribly and would not allow me to use the gym even though they had said no problem to get me to sign up. Language barrier to make a reservation is incredibly frustrating. They should consider hiring a better call center. Massage and facility was great once you get past the annoying call center.
Emmanuel gave me the best massage of my life!!! I'm a woman in my mid 40's. I get massages at almost every vacation and country I go to. I have had over 200 massages but nothing like this one. I normally get deep tissue but with Emmanuel I learned that I actually need a sports massage which felt incredible in my trouble areas. He listens and genuinely cares about making you feel well and relax. I told him his hands are blessed.
From the moment I walked in Terry was amazing - from the professional to kindness galore - it was my first time here so I was sceptic but then she reassured me and wow I was so impressed. She loves what she does and it shows - most others look annoyed at long hair making the customer feel badly but not Terry - welcomed me and we spent a couple of hours together I think I even can say I made a friend :) Highly recommend her - I’ll be coming back most definitely! Just look at the photos attached I mean wow right ???
I come to Terry everytime I come to the hard rock spa and salon c. She is so talented , incredible blowouts and color . . .
