This spa is great! I would come back again for sure. The only down side is their cold shower to rinse before getting in the hot tub did not work. So people got in without rinsing😅 and I wish they offered books instead of magazines. I also did the robot massage….it was scary at first but I got used to it. It’s very unique. I probably wouldn’t do it again but it’s good for someone who is introverted and wants more control over their massage session

wet sauna was broken when i arrived, wasnt shown around like all the other guests even though it was my first time, never once was checked up on even though everyone else in the same room was, its like the girl was allergic to us! no champagne, when i publicly complained in front of 2 workers they just smiled and walked away. never coming back

I had a great experience..it Started with Esther who was so nice and showed me around, explained everything and gave me a robe and slippers and a locker...I relaxed a little before I went up to have my hot stone massage and scalp massage with Denise,I wish I booked the 80 mins it was great.I showered and then When finished i went in the hot tub and cool tub then had tea before checking out.Esther cale back and offered me champagne..I will definitely return

Beware place is a hazard slippery wet floors everywhere, if you had any type of surgery stay away , beware they dont follow protocols ,manager was rude when i told her one of her Massage therapist bent my shoulder in a occurred position after just getting cleared from doctors to get a massage after having shoulder surgery reported to security , so far haven’t heard back ,check out was a disaster manager is rude place is a liability

Bff purchased a couples massage on Groupon est value was like 285. We got there early to enjoy the amenities we had the best tour guide name Esther she was TOP NOTCH. Then we had Crystal and Stephanie as our message therapist. EXCELLENT we both enjoyed our messages immensely. Only problem is my bff called in advance and ask about the fees she left that out that we would have to pay an additional 120 dollars . Front desk clerk gave out poor information.
