So impressed with the Rock Spa's wheelchair accessibility to almost all the amenities. As someone who seeks out massages and facials when away on vaction (even an overnight to Atlantic City) I felt completely welcomed. There are accessible lifts to the pools, sauna and the massage/facial tables adjusted low enough for me to transfer easily (they offered to help). Kenia was fantastic! Today my husband and I went to the spa salon for pedicures. Kenia was friendly, personal and attentive. We had great conversation and the pedicures were relaxing and refreshing. We left with silky smooth feet. The facilities were comfortable and clean. Could not have asked for any better of an experience. Looking forward to another future visit.
I had the most incredible Swedish massage with Jackie at the Rock Spa in Atlantic City over Thanksgiving weekend in 2025. From the moment the service began, she created an atmosphere of pure calm and professionalism. The people were polite but never again. This place is highway robbery. I dont have alot of money, I work with disabled people and just wanted a little relaxing weekend to getaway. I was charged 200 dollars for a simple 30 minute massage which was insane. I asked for the 25 minute massage on menu which was alot cheaper and got scammed. I struggled to find the place in the large hotel so was a few minutes late getting there and politely asked for a small discount and they said no. Loveeee loveee loveee this spa!!! I’m an esthetician so high end spas are my favorite. I like this one better than Tropicana and Harrahs. Big locker room and spacious showers I love the lay out of the shower and locker room I like how the treatment rooms are upstairs separate from the amenities it’s more quiet that way.
