Needs updating and maintenance! I received a Groupon as a gift that includes the Salt Chamber and all other spa amenities. A few minutes into the salt chamber treatment the machine stopped blowing out salt particles. I got out and walked around looking for someone and finally found a nice attendant that refilled the machine and restarted it. Over charge for gel polish removal, don’t advise the cost of the removal. Tech stated she ran out of time and did not have time to paint my friend’s nails. I arrived early and did not see any other bookings behind me. I could understand with people waiting but this is on a Tuesday at 4:00 pm.
Massage therapists were 5 mins late taking us back, then from the time you get undressed, and they set up and wash their hands every couple minutes my 50 minute massage was actually probably 35 mins or so, besides that they were good. Sauna and salt room was out of service also, they seem to always have something broken down
