Being a new business owner I put a lot of trust into my tax and accountant but that was a big mistake. I was over charged several times and received Bill's for hidden charges such as filing an extension for $75. I was given a tutorial on how to use QuickBooks, took notes and called her about any questions I had. When tax time was around the corner she told me I did everything incorrect. Sheryl is top notch. She is diligent with her clients' tax returns, up to date on new laws, and proactive in helping her clients effectively plan for future filings. She is excellent and I highly recommend her for your tax return needs.
I love the personal service from Rock Solid. Sheryl is great about making sure you understand everything. She actually answers her phone unlike so many places and cares very much about all she does for her clients. Highly recommend!
If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! My husband and I are so grateful for Sheryl. She took the weight off of our shoulders after the first time we met her. We put off our taxes, I was overwhelmed with three daughters in college, buying and selling a house in the same year. Sheryl was so great with taking on my three daughters tax returns also.
