Top Notch! 2 words explain it all. Same day emergency service when I needed it. Granted good luck trying to get a plumber within a week or two of when you call, but….. I was offered after hours service which I needed it the same day. Then the scheduled plumber called me and offered me to show up early because he was available which saved me $$$ because it was still during normal hours. Who is honest enough to do this these days? Had a pilot light go out on a hot water heater at a rental properly and couldn’t get it re-ignited; needed it fixed asap. Was able to get a hold of their technician, Zach, and he was extremely helpful! Had the hot water heater back up and running in less than an hour. Will definitely be calling them again for future jobs.
Update - 10/10/2025 I just had Zach with Rock Solid over to service the boiler. Zach was thorough and professional, as always. Our old boiler was having issues during the current cold spell. Rock Solid sent a technician the day after my call. Zach was our technician, and he did a fantastic job. Zach cleaned and serviced the boiler but was unable to reset the boiler to a safe and working condition. He left us with space heaters that kept our house toasty until his return the following day. John was super prompt, informative, and super friendly. We appreciate the hard work from rock solid!
John was the one who answered our house call and he was amazing. He was knowledgeable and kind. He was honest in his work and was genuine at helping me find a solution to my plumbing issues (leaky sink). He was thorough in his work and made sure he educated me on all the steps /tests he was doing. I will definitely be using Rock Solid in the future and very grateful for the kindness he demonstrated.
