Today I had an appointment with Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating, and it turned out to be the best day ever. I have had difficulties and challenges with my water and filter system for 8+ years. And Zach had the problems fixed in one hour! He explained each step of the repairs as he completed them. I will be recommending Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating, and their excellent services, to everyone.
I called Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating after hours for a leak that was coming from our shower and showing up under the house, and Michael arrived within an hour to assess the problem. He was professional, courteous, calm, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire visit. Michael quickly diagnosed that the issue wasn’t with the plumbing at all, but with a failed shower surround, which saved us from unnecessary plumbing work and expense. We have been using Rock Solid for years. Today David came out to work on an issue we were having with our boiler. He was there on time, followed fired out the issue right away and fixed the problem. I signed up today for their maintenance plan. Nobody else is going to touch my heating equipment!!
Yesterday we experienced a new-to-us technician from Rock Solid. Her name is Raven and she is remarkable! She has a great work ethic and is very thorough with her work. We have our furnace, on-demand hot water, HRV system, and the garage heater on an annual Maintenance Agreement. It's the best way to go when you have multiple systems to keep healthy. We have been clients for several years and we intend to stay with Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating.
