I have used Mr. Adam three times to conduct home inspections for my first home, and I learn something new every time that I tag along. Adam inspects the outside for water drainage issues, the roof, the electrical, the plumbing, and in the end, he suits up and inspects the crawl space. Afterwards, you can login at his website and download a pdf report filled with pictures and comments about what he has found. Adam did a very thorough and detailed job in inspecting our new home (ahead of purchase). He reviewed any concerns with me, then provided a clearing concise report (including images of all items to replace/repair, a breakdown of each issue, and recommended next steps). He also came back out after repairs to review the work and verify completion. Very professional and courteous. Would use Rock Solid Inspections again. Highly recommend.

Adam Boggess is my go to home inspector. He is very thorough. He gives an easy detailed report and the way the System is set up makes it a breeze to ask for repairs with pictures . Adam is always good to answer any questions for me even if it’s just a random question. He has never failed from helping me. His rates are also reasonable. And he has his report to us within 48 hours. I trust Adam 100%.

Adam was very thorough during an inspection, on a home that we were buying. He was very detailed in his report and shared valuable information that helped us in during our purchasing process. He was very professional and answered any questions that we had on the report.
