We had our house inspected before buying the house. He cleared the house as good with no issues. Upon moving into the house we started seeing cracks in the walls. We called AFS and the house foundation was bad. Paid a large chunk of money to fix the issue. Rotted wood under the kitchen and sagging foundation. But somehow it "passed inspection". Afs said there was many issues that should have never passed a inspection. I wouldn't recommend rock solid for your home inspection.
Adam does a great job. He is very knowledgeable and will use him again.

My dad has 30 years of professional construction experience, and Adam flagged/mentioned every single thing that my dad pointed out to me and then some. He clearly explained how to fix the minor things and what a professional would need to do. I️ cannot possibly recommend him enough! We will definitely use him again for future homes.
