They came on time, explained what they were going to do, than explained what was needed how much it was going to cost. They removed the blockage. I will continue to use them in the future. Very satisfied.

The Rock Solid Drain technician was able to arrive within an hour or so of my initial phone call, which was greatly appreciated because both drains in our kitchen sink were badly clogged. Another plumbing company couldn’t get to us until the next day. The technician was friendly, professional, and skilled. Within 45 minutes the drains were flowing freely, and we got some good advice on what not to put into our garbage disposal. If the need arises, we will definitely be repeat customers.
I've been working with Rock Solid Drains for several years. They are always readily available, get the job done, clean up nicely and are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
