John callled me prior to his arrival as agreed upon. He was on time, and 100% professional. John assesed the problem and got right to work. He is a throwback to the good old days...no earbuds, no checking his phone, just business. He also was appropritately friendly and had a sense of humor. The tenants seem happy with the results and I would highly recommend Rock Solid to folks looking to solve drain problems. I can't say if the price was reasonible EVERYTHING is expensive these days. These guys did a great job repairing my sewer line with minimal effort on my part The bursting process was 75% less cost than excavating the line and replacing it. The repair was at my rental house which is 4 hours away from where I live. Colton kept me in the loop and provided pictures of the whole process. My tenants were thrilled. Really impressed
