We wanted a certain stone for our countertops. Unable to find it locally, we asked 4 companies if they could template and install if we purchased and sent the stone to them. 4 companies said "yes" but after being given dimensions, etc., failed to return calls and left us hanging. Our kitchen designer suggested we call Rock Solid. From there, everything went smoothly. Not only did they have a great selection of products but the customer service was over the top.
