We recently went to the Rock run facility in Farr West. We were very disappointed in the care, or lack of care we received while there. We asked to see our NP that we normally seen in Roy, but was unable too so we agree to see someone else. She was very rude to us, she was not professional at all. When she couldnt, or wouldnt help us, or even talk to us, let alone check us out routinely, she turned around and walked out.
