The goal was, and still is, to provide homeowners in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania with highly skilled roofing services at a fair price. I noticed a small leak. Rock was able to take my call and schedule an appointment first thing next morning. Joe T offered a very fair price and the work was done before noon.
Rock Roof & Charlie were all great to deal with. The price was right, and from the start, I could tell they were different. Rock roofing was professional and great to work with. Joe went out of his way to help us with a reasonable estimate for both a roof replacement and improvements to enhance our energy efficiency. The team was very efficient and had impeccable clean up, which is rare with a replacement roof. Highly recommended!
We noticed a few shingles and called several local roofing companies to see if anyone could come out ASAP as there was serious rain in the next few days. Rock was very quick to return our call and sent a technician within 24 hours to diagnose and repair our missing shingles. Baltazar came promptly on time and was very professional. The work was excellent. I could not be more pleased with Rock and plan to use them when it is time to replace my roof.
We got several quotes for a roof replacement; Rock Roofing was in the middle price wise but their communication sold us. Any questions we had they answered phone, text, email immediatley. The crew arrived on time and were very efficient, cleaning up as they went along. One of our screens got a tear in it and they replaced the screen on the spot. They did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them!
