Today the rock river water reclamation district dug in our front yard down by the city sidewalk for routine maintenance. I arrived home for my lunch break and found that we had no water. Before returning to work I asked the men to please remember to turn it back on, which they responded it wasnt turned off by them, they suggested I turn on my wash tub in my basement and let it run. Your website is glitchy as hell. And you cant make a payment over the phone.
Horrible customer service. Due to their wonderful methods of communication, I failed to receive bills and notices from them. They had two phone numbers on file which they didn't think to call and check to see if there was a problem after THREE certified letters came returned to them. They charged me owner $350 in adjustment fees alone because of this, which resulted in them turning my water off.
