We had trouble with our septic tank over the Thanksgiving holiday with a houseful of company coming. Talk about timing!! I sent Junior a message and he responded ON THANKSGIVING - something else to be thankful for! He arranged to come on Friday, discovered the problem was our pump and made some calls to find one. Unfortunately, all the suppliers were closed for a long holiday weekend, but he was able to get a pump on Monday and came to install it. Junior was by far the best person we could have ever picked for the job. We had one company fall through and Junior was nice enough to come out the same day. He had everything fixed the same day. He knew exactly what he was doing, very personable, taught us more about the system for future maintenance, and his pricing was untouchable. By far the best customer service I have ever received. Junior is the only person who will be working on our septic moving forward. He deserves more than a 5 star review.

Great experience with Junior. He is very knowlegeable and took time to explain in detail. Very responsive. I strongly recommend RRAS.
