I can't say enough good things about the management team! These two ladies are always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. Their positive attitude and dedication truly make this a great place to live. Current Resident, Not even six months into the lease the front office is nonexistent I would DO NOT Recommend renew flagstaff east definitely this apartment is definition of a one time stand Sign.Side note, still waiting for my reserve parking spots Put in the request 2 months ago, but you had me write in sharpie with a fine tip Which is wondering why I haven’t got my spots The maintenance team is pretty solid though Team maintenance team is the only reason why they got one star
ReNew Flagstaff employee were all professional and always friendly. Property management and maintenance were responsive and available. The location of the apartments was perfect location for my dogs. Theres a green belt and trails to run, bike, and hike. There's a golf course and a pond within walking distance. It's on the quiter side of town but 10 minute drive from downtown and 20-30 minutes from Snowbowl for skiing and hiking. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
Hello. I have been living here for about 15 years now. Went thru a lot of landlords and different owners. Nancy the landlord here is very helpful and very understanding and by far the most nicest landlord I have ever known. Never had a bad experience with her and the lady at the front office. It’s a great place to live and I’m happy to call it my home.
