This new management team is so unprofessional. They do not answer the phones and if you try to go to the office to talk they are always in a meeting so they lock you out of the leasing office. EDIT: Additionally, my wife's car was vandalized on property. We went in to report it to the leasing office after the police came and Nancy had zero sympathy at all and she was very aggressive. We brought up how there is no lighting in the parking lot and she said that is on the resident to use there own lights and not the owner. She s... read more
Nancy and Alina are amazing they really know what they are doing very helpful easy to talk with about the property and also very helpful if you need anything maintenance is amazing also fast and reliable quick to come and repair anything that goes wrong I love it here but place to call home affordable apts and again thank you Nancy and Alina for being wonderful and knowing how to make this a great place to live
Amazing staff Nancy and Alena are always willing to help no matter what and the maintenance team helps no matter what time it is or the day of the week it is
Nancy has been super helpful and informative making the entire move in process easy for my family and I. We couldn’t be more grateful for her!!
