I hate to give them one star.... Pretty much the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. This company has changed hands three times in the last 5 years. And TJ the newest owner/manager is by far the worst. They do not provide the services provided in their contract unless you stay on them on a weekly basis. The only thing they are good at is adding extras on to your fixed monthly invoices. If you are looking for a property management company I would look elsewhere.

This is the worst property management company ever, the owner, Kent, does not take the time to check on the properties that are under his care, he refuses to do his job, by not visiting the properties on a regular basis, at different times of the day, instead he shows up ( or so he says) at a time of the day when every one is at work and there are no issues, problems in my complex ( Mountain Glenn) consist of parking, trash, tennants not picking up after their children, leaving toys and trash out on the public grounds, no ma... read more
