I’ve used this salon a few times. I've never had the same stylist cut my hair twice because they stop working there. Their phones must not work because I have to call the Altamonte store, and they take a message for Lake Mary to call me back. Overall, I return because the quality of cuts for curly hair is slightly better than the corporate chop shops. The last stylist, however, was rude and hurtful about my coarse, curly hair because she thought I was using grocery store products, which I don’t. I tried to call today for a c... read more
