This is the second time this year I’ve had to either have another stylist fix my haircut or fix it myself. A shoulder-length perm without layers made me look like Weird Al Yankovic (it took SIX hours when it’s only supposed to take 3 since Lily kept having to stop to ask Jenny for advice), and this time even showing a photo of a very short pixie cut with baby bangs to Lily I ended up looking like 2008 Justin Bieber (and this was after I said keep going shorter). Worst salon experience EVER. Hair was butchered TWICE in maybe a week, and i was threatened with police by the owner. If you're blonde, or light DO NOT go to Jenny or Lily. i came into the salon to get my medium brown roots touched up to match my platinum blonde hair. I had an appointment with Lily and left with yellow, uneven roots, and pretty intense banding especially around my hairline. I then contacted the salon by phone and had no response for 3 phone calls.
