WARNING: SHADY, DECEPTIVE REALTORS! Maria A. Jannicelli rented us an apartment in Bloomfield that smelled like cats for the year and four months that my wife and I lived there. On top of that, it was also infested with roaches and we had to force the landlord to hire an exterminator! A few months into the rental, we discovered mice as well. We caught a total of 12-14 mice with sticky traps! Do not trust this realty company ever!
Horrible company. No stars! Bad service- run! I hired one of the agent from this company and I got unlucky. He had no experience. They put my property up on a market 20k underpriced. They gave no market analysis. Ask me to fix up the property so they can post it online but still used the old pictures they took . Did not do any advertising.
