I really like this shop, I've been MANY times, they have an awesome selection, overall good customer service... but, I purchased an item, used my phone # in their system for my reward points, later realized I bought the wrong item. Tried to return it and was told "no, we don't do returns on that item, even though you can prove you purchased it from us". They’ve got the best selection around, Bailey was great help, excellent customer service. All the employees are really nice except the lady working today on valentines was extremely rude and condescending.
