Our Shih tzu had his 1st visit to Rock n Pup a few days ago. Very pleased with the service and the groom! We will be back! Thank you for taking great care of Hershey!

Benji loves them and they always give him a great cut. Very friendly owner and also very helpful. She listens to what cut my dog gets and can offer suggestions. They also let me know if anything is wrong with his skin etc. thank you so much for loving Benji as much as I do!!!

First and last visit. I have 2 Shitzu, 1 of which I have had since her birth, she is 7 years old. I get a call after my dogs have been there 2 and half hrs., stating my dog is ‘sensitive to her face and paws’. So it’s taking longer to groom, so she will have to charge extra because of this. My dog is 7 years old and has been going to groomers her entire life, no one has ever told me anything like this before! Of course she doesn’t look buzzing in her face! Hello, as the owner of rock n Pup Id like to apologize if you were not satisfied with our service. I had explained that your pups were not bad they were just fidgety. When we have dogs that are too fidgety it takes more time to do the groom. Most groomers won’t tell you how your dog truly is on the grooming table. I am sooooo pleased with how my babies looked and smelled! I have three dogs, and I’ve never taken them to a spa before. So i was very nervous, but as soon as I got there I was so happy! Everyone is beautiful and was very well taken care of!! Which I know is difficult because my dogs are crazy hounds!! I recommend them 100%!!! They were awesome!!! My babies had so much fun they slept the whole way home! �� Bo, Snoop and Minnie appreciate the love they got! And are so excited to come back!!!!

I took our two dogs to get hair cuts and nails trimmed they do not like getting nails trimmed they are part shitzu and pug they looked terrific when I picked them up was very pleased
I took my Yorkie/chi chi mix, Bo, yesterday. Loved them!! He hates his paws touched, no less having his nails trimmed. He usually tried to nip while doing it. Not here! When I asked about it they said nope no problem then held his paw! He could have cared less! Other groomers have not been able to clean his paws well due to this. His cut is perfect!! Took my Bichon (Marley) to Rock N Pup for the first time on Saturday. Let me just say WOW! Wonderful customer service from making the appointment to picking up my precious boy! They took great care of him and made sure I was pleased with the cut. They are super friendly and my Marley seemed to do very well there. Typically, he would come home after being groomed and he would by totally exhausted. But, he was much more spunky and happy. And, that of course made mama (me) very happy! We WILL be returning! Thanks yall�
