Renters Beware of Jeanne Rock!!!!! We were great tenants we didn’t nickel and dime them in repairs. In the summer of 2019 we had the air conditioner go out and we had a newborn baby. We tried to get in contact with her office and got no return call. I had to go in personally to the office and confront them to get it taken care of. It took four days for them to get a repair person out. There was tons of little repairs that they never took care of.
