Horrid customer service. Been using RockIsland internet for almost 10 years. Used to be very good. Now bad. Internet is out. Call for service. No que ahead. Put on hold 30 min later, no call. It is 9:30 AM. Going to call again, then go to Board of Directors.
Poorly educated staff. Next to no help in resolving near constant internet issues. Would definitely never recommend to anyone looking for internet services. Ever.
Constant outages never actually get what I pay for customer service is horrible. Never get anybody on the line. They can actually do anything other than say unplugged my Internet, and plug it back in.
so i am paying $100 + for 2 mps up and down and when you call them they tell you someone well call or come out for a house call but i am on month 5 waiting for them to fix this and im just going to star link cuz 300 mps up and down for what im paying i have been calling for what feels like for ever to get it fixed
