I chose this place over others because I had access to my unit 24/7 with gate code access and security cameras. Now, I see there is a sign with “gate access hours” from 6am-10pm. I got no notice via email. It’s upsetting because there were cheaper places with the same hours of operation, but I chose this one since it was 24/7. Open back up and just deal with the people who are disrespecting the premises after 10pm. You have the resources to do so.
