5 stars and beyond for Erin Svoboda! I worked with her as a lender for the buyer and she ABSOLUTELY had the buyers best in mind the entire time. She was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend Erin to all my Lake Ozark borrowers in the future!
We can’t say enough good things about Selena Coble at Rock Island! She helped my fiancé and I find our very first home, and the entire process was so much smoother than we ever expected. From the very beginning, Selena was patient, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests at heart. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain every step, and made sure we felt confident in every decision we made. She made the entire process feel less stressful and always made sure we understood our options. Selena truly listened to what we were looking for and worked hard to help us find the perfect home. Her communication was excellent, and she was al... read more

When we would call, text, or email Colleen she would get back to us or find out about houses for us. We had other realtors over the last 2 years that did not help us out they way Colleen did. We have been looking for years... read more
