Best place in Rock island to see music good beer prices.
Owner Terry Titka told me I couldn't come in with my service dog unless she had a vest (she had s clearly marked leash and collar and neither vest nor documentation is required by the Americans with Disabilities Act). He called the police on me after I entered the restaurant anyway. When the police came, they took me outside but finally looked up the ADA rules.
