RecommendedTook our 3 month old lab here after he had been bit my a neighbor dog. Their system in place for covid circumstances works well. we met several staff members and every single one was very polite. Exam, staples, antibiotics, and pain meds and it was extremely affordable for those services. RecommendedI can't say enough about the doctors and staff. My 11 year old Boston Terrier had dental work done and I knew he was in great hands. Doctors were so nice in explaining all testing and results prior to dental work. Excellent care.
We checked in with their new system of seeing animals at 4:30 and were told the wait time was 2 hours. We informed them on the phone that our dog was going to be a new patient and that we would need a new client form to fill out. Got told we would have one brought out to us right away. 2 hours later we are finally asked if we have been helped, to which we respond NO. RecommendedThe other day I needed to get my 2 cats in because of an eye infection. My vet could not see them for at least a week to 10 days. RIAH was recommended to me so I took them right over and got in within 5-10 minutes. You do not need an appointment, the staff and the veterinarian were so professional, exceptional, kind and very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to this clinic and not return to my vet who the cats have been seeing for the past 10 years. Thank you RIAH!
Rude, inconsiderate and basically just letting our pet suffer!! would not recommend to anyone, 2 vets gave our dog different plans of attack on her allergies back and forth we went until I finally said something, then on top of the $300 in medication she gets every month and a half they wanted to do wellness checks and sick checks on her every other time we come in, we didn't want to do the wellness check this time as money is tight so the refused to give us our dogs medication!! just a bad experience all around!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!! They try to sell you on treatments that your animal does not need and have AWFUL customer service!!!
took my dog there to have a lump checked out the older lady laughed like I was stupid said it was nothing and continued to try to sell me on fixing my dog and I said I'd rather know about his health for now ..6 months later at my new vet they tell me its cancer on my dog and he has 4-5 months to live .
