We highly recommend Alex and his team at Rockhouse! He was so helpful through the entire process of replacing our roof after several wind storms came through our area and damaged our roof, even after our insurance denied the initial claim. He and his team spent over an hour (the first time he marked all the damage prior to our insurance inspection and the field inspector didn’t note half of what should have been on the report) remarking the damage and taped video footage of the stress test. I called Rockhouse last fall for a small repair. Alex Childress arrived promptly and fixed my leak. I was so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail that I called him back for a full shingle replacement. His crew of six workers arrived at 7am and worked a 12-hour day replacing the roof and two skylights. The crew was prepared and experienced, communicating constantly and employing safety ropes. Rockhouse Roofing, Steve (owner), Alex (sales) and the entire team did a great job from start to finish. Rockhouse came across as solid and professional, never pushy, and really took the time to walk us through the process. After speaking with us, they worked closely with a reputable third-party inspector and clearly outlined the damages to all parties before we committed to the project.
