From the get-go, Rock House, and especially Alex Childress, has been top-notch. They kept me informed and helped me make the right decisions regarding replacing our roof. When weather delayed their start, they turned around and came the next day. When the job was finished, they made it look like they had never even been there. Couldn't ask for any better service for a job well-done! My only cost was the insurance deductible and they even helped me with all the required paperwork required to make that happen.
Excellent customer service! Heather and her team came out same day after a storm knocked part of a tree onto our house. She worked with our insurance company on our behalf and helped streamline the process. Our new roof and gutters look amazing!
After the last hail storm in June, Alex and Chris stopped by my home to assess my roof for damage. They identified several areas with both wind and hail damage. We highly recommend Alex and his team at Rockhouse! He was so helpful through the entire process of replacing our roof after several wind storms came through our area and damaged our roof, even after our insurance denied the initial claim. He and his team spent over an hour (the first time he marked all the damage prior to our insurance inspection and the field inspector didn’t note half of what should have been on the report) remarking the damage and taped video footage of the stress test.
