From the get-go, Rock House, and especially Alex Childress, has been top-notch. They kept me informed and helped me make the right decisions regarding replacing our roof. When weather delayed their start, they turned around and came the next day. When the job was finished, they made it look like they had never even been there. Couldn't ask for any better service for a job well-done! My only cost was the insurance deductible and they even helped me with all the required paperwork required to make that happen.

Excellent customer service! Heather and her team came out same day after a storm knocked part of a tree onto our house. She worked with our insurance company on our behalf and helped streamline the process. Our new roof and gutters look amazing!
