Sat down with my wife at a table by the front window. Waited 20 minutes. Was never served. Never even acknowledged. Finally got up and left.
We had great service. Food was hot and cooked perfectly. We sat at the bar. Rob worked his ass off. Ty for a great experience.
Alligator bites and drinks were good. A little pricey but not bad for a tourist island.
I'm sure it's fun at night, the staff is friendly, so service was the only positive. The place was a bit dirty for the amount of customers (seemed like there should have been some time to clean a bit). Restroom was out of soap and one of the two stalls were out of toilet paper. I'm sorry but, the food sucked, I think they really try, it's more of a bar, but they need a new chef
Came here on vacation with my family. Fast and friendly service. Delicious food. Did the Fat Elvis Burger Challenge and completed it; going back home with a t-shirt and video to prove it. I will definitely recommend Rock House to friends and family if they ever get the pleasure of being on Tybee Time.

We placed an order for delivery. They said it would be 20-25 min. An hour and 20 min later, it still wasn't here. We tried calling and got no answer, 4 times in a row. Finally they answered and said the food was out for delivery and that they'd gotten really backed up. 15 min later, the driver called and was confused about our address, we clarified and he said he was right here. My food came out COLD, no seasoning on burger, bacon even flavorless. Fries cold, service awful. $12.99 for burger
