The burgers were dry & unseasoned among other problems. I am in discussion with management ( Jerome), and he is taking the steps to rectify the situation which shows good faith on their part. Good customer service is half the battle in keeping customers happy. He offered for us to comeback in but since we are only here for a few days we were unable to come back in with it being Christmas. Knowing this, he is still taking the steps to make things right. Thank you Jerome. I appreciate your time on this matter.

This place is great , I remember years ago from what it use to be from growing up on those and just love it has changed and developed and one of the places to be on tybee.
Rock house is a very fun and energetic bar. Love singing karaoke there with my friends. Aubrey went over and beyond with assisting us. Will defiantly will be back to see Aubrey.

Loved the atmosphere here the service was fantastic. My low country boil was awesome and my friends burgers were huge. The jello shots were super yummy. I can't wait to visit again.
Had a great meal! Jerome was an amazing server. Their margaritas and rum runners are outstanding. Great music and atmosphere too!!
Good food, Margaritas, Interesting people and Karaoke @ the beach. That's all I need to close out my day. My waitress was AWESOME very attentive!

Robby, Johnny and the whole crew are absolutely awesome. Even with a crowd of 11 this team never missed a beat. The kind of place where from the time you walk in the door, you know they are genuinely glad you are here and are genuinely glad to make sure you are taken care of!!! Great food, great service and all around the best hospitality you will find on Tybee Island!!!!
