2nd Honda dealer to lie to us about a car being purchased about never being in an accident. Then we saw the car fax
Took my 2020 pilot in so I can get the recall fixed. Weren't able to fix and it took a couple days when they said it only be a day. No loaner car and they broke the display screen when they gave the car back and acted like nothing happened. Worst dealership ever
great overall service
Very disappointed with the service scheduling process!! Had recalls that are actually hazardous and was told that it would take all day instead of the online process of “you can stay.” Also, was told it would need a second appointment! Now driving a hazard car, not fixed, and Honda does nothing to help! Rock Honda has too many repairs and not enough service men to help with scheduled appointments!
