Great Honda dealer
The service here has been on a steady decline for years. I went to go have my service done a few days ago and I realized that the associate didn't give me some related paperwork. I have been calling for DAYS trying to get a hold of literally anyone that can help me. I'm sure they are short-staffed and I do not know why that is since they are such a busy place. It's horrible. I still don't know if I will get the paper work I need
Make an appointment & expect to wait an hour just for them to check you in is a joke
