Waited over an hour for them to even check me in for service, with an appointment. Customer service itself is lacking; there was no apology for the wait.
Their service department has gotten a lot better.
2nd Honda dealer to lie to us about a car being purchased about never being in an accident. Then we saw the car fax
Took my 2020 pilot in so I can get the recall fixed. Weren't able to fix and it took a couple days when they said it only be a day. No loaner car and they broke the display screen when they gave the car back and acted like nothing happened. Worst dealership ever
