Good report at my Cancer Radiologist.. My throat looks smooth and not discolored. One small area in right neck..very small now.can be scar tissue. Will take the PET scan to see if I'm cancer free. Throat swelling is almost down..means I'll be able to swallow better! Still sore, but should start to dissipate. Thanks for your support!

BEWARE!!!!!! All of the other reviews about the billing dept are correct. I had a bill of over $3,000.00 dollars turned over to collections due to their incorrect coding, which my insurance reached out multiple times asking them to correct it so they could pay and they continued sending the same incorrect bill. I have never dealt with a billing department so incompetent . Part of the issue is they are in another country and were asking what the address was for the insurance company. Unbelievable!!
Paid bill twice and they will not answer the phones. I have called for three days straight and no one answers. How is this good business? I will never use a facility that goes through them again.
I paid for a CT scan to be done at Piedmont Medical Center. I paid ahead, the CT scan was done, and then weeks later, I get this bill in the mail. The bill date was 9/15 and it arrived 9/30. The bill said, it must be paid within 20 days, which, in this case, gave me five days to pay the bill. The bill had no explanation, the website that it sends you to looks like it's from 1990, and the address goes to a P.O. Box in Charlotte, all in all, the bill looked fake. The Billing office is a scam. I got a call from billing office and was asked to pay my mom’s medical bill for $333 which was sent couple weeks ago . I believed billing office employee and paid this amount of money. Later I found out that my mom have never been to this office. Than I called back them started to talk to the man who processed my credit card he tried to convince me that everything is correct and instantly switched call to a different man the same thing did the other man.
