I always love my experience at Rock Haven. The staff is always kind and very attentive to our needs. We did facials and pedicures at our most recent visit and they were wonderful. The facial was a combination of mixing warm and cool products to open pores. My skin was so soft afterwards! I've had a few massages in the past and they were all amazing! Can't wait to go back!
When I lived in Hays, my friends and family would get massage packages. They were always amazing! Now that I have lived in two different states since moving I keep looking for a place like Rock Haven.....there are none. You Rock Haven are truly a gem and I miss getting the experience!
I love the Rock Haven spa!! When I just want a relaxing time!! I received the gift for Christmas from my Daughter!! Yea can't wait to go!!

The last couple of times I have been there the massages have been below par. Yesterday it was extremely rushed and not focused. The therapist never confirmed pressure with me nor questioned if I had any areas that needed extra attention. The massages I get from local cosmetology schools are better. This time we tried informing the owner of our experience and she was not into listening to our concerns. She offered a complimentary pedicure for the next time we come but when we told her we live 4+ hours away she just dismissed ... read more
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Rock Haven!!!! We go for visits as often as possible! And every time we go we remind ourselves that we need to come back more often.... Fabulous care; very kind and sensitive to our needs and concerns.
By far the most reviving, pampering experience you'll get anywhere in Kansas, including KC!! The people here are absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much!
