After less than 2.5 years, the quartz counter top on our island developed a crack. Although Rock Hard agreed to inspect it, the feedback was useless: 1. Install was done correctly 2. They had never seen this happen before 3. They would contact the manufacturer After a couple of weeks, we had not heard anything back so we contacted Rock Hard again. We've worked with RHG for over 7 years and they've always provided excellent customer service! They fabricate and deliver a beautiful and quality product whether it's for a shower, countertop, or a fireplace hearth. They're always striving for excellence and when there is a concern; as it happens occasionally, they address it and provide a solution.

I would give a lot more than 5 stars! Having completed several kitchen remodels with RHG, there is no one else I’d want to work with. Top notch service when things go right, and even better service when things go wrong, as they occasionally do with any human enterprise especially construction, which people often don’t understand. Communication, responsiveness and reliability are at the top of my list for 5-stars here. Love the whole staff, and even happy with the new location in Caldwell, close to a 5-star taco trailer! I have a small chip in my counter Quartz which is only 3 years old. I called last year, spoke to Michele and she gave me a quote of $125.00 to fix it. Unfortunately, due to work and health issues, I was not able to get it done. I called last week and was given a price of $250.00. When I asked why the jump, she stated “prices had gone up”.
