We used Rock Hard for our shower curb and pony wall caps and had a great experience. Jesse kept in touch the whole time and helped us pick a stone that matched our countertop really well. The template guy and installer were professional and wrapped up their work nicely. Even though our project was small, they still treated it with full attention and care.The shower turned out great and we’re really happy with the result. Would recommend!

After less than 2.5 years, the quartz counter top on our island developed a crack. Although Rock Hard agreed to inspect it, the feedback was useless: 1. Install was done correctly 2. They had never seen this happen before 3. They would contact the manufacturer After a couple of weeks, we had not heard anything back so we contacted Rock Hard again. We've worked with RHG for over 7 years and they've always provided excellent customer service! They fabricate and deliver a beautiful and quality product whether it's for a shower, countertop, or a fireplace hearth. They're always striving for excellence and when there is a concern; as it happens occasionally, they address it and provide a solution.
I would give a lot more than 5 stars! Having completed several kitchen remodels with RHG, there is no one else I’d want to work with. Top notch service when things go right, and even better service when things go wrong, as they occasionally do with any human enterprise especially construction, which people often don’t understand.
