The pizza slice was good.....however the gluten free falafel wrap was not edible! Staff would not provide a refund so I won't be supporting them again
If you are reading this and you haven't yet ordered, walk back down the hall and order from tim hortons in the front entrance. This cafeteria has really declined in quality since June to no fault of the staff, but from mismanagement
Been here for months paying lots of money for food while here with my brother at the hospital. I found a black bug in my cabbage beef soup. Very disgusting and disappointing to not receive a refund when I spent $30.78 on food each day to realize that I ate a bug probably many times without notice today I noticed it in the large soup container and thought it was a spice but it was a bug. No issue with the staff but really it's a hospital and you are charging us 50cents for a cup of hot water. Ridiculous. Also it is a hospital so why don't we have more healthy protein hot food choices that doesn't break the bank. Hence why I bring my own lunch and now hot water I guess. Sad :(
Excellant omlette this morning....prices are reasonable as well.
