I am incredibly upset with both the haircut I received and the appalling customer service afterward. I went in with a grown-out, one-length bob and asked for it to be a bit shorter, styled into a slight A-line with some texture in the back. I explicitly stated right from the start that I wanted to keep a heavy perimeter.Instead, she originally cut it straight across. In times when large salons with many stylists come and go like flavors of the month, it's nice to find a solo-stylist with her own salon. Raquel takes great pride in the cleanliness, accouterments, techniques and knowledge of hair styles - and it shows. As a guy with thick, unruly hair, it's difficult for me to find a stylist who can tame my mane.
