Rock did a great job selling our house. He worked with us to ensure our house was prepared to sell. He used professional photography and 3D/drone footage. His commission was much lower than the traditional 6%. He advertised and sold our house as if it were his own. If you don’t have a realtor, call Rock!
If you are selling your home then you know it’s all about how much money you put in your pocket. Had I gone the traditional agent route it would have cost me $39,000 in agent commission. Is any agent worth this? The answer is “No”! Rock was able to market and sell our home for only $15,000 in total agent fees putting $24,000 back in my pocket.
