I am incredibly frustrated with the complete lack of professionalism at this gym. It has been over two years without working air conditioning, making workouts completely miserable and borderline unsafe. On top of that, a significant amount of equipment is permanently labeled 'under maintenance,' yet nothing ever actually gets fixed. Gym is decent, but the opening times are very inconsistent. They say they open at 4 AM, but a lot of times they’re not actually open at 4.

I’m honestly shocked this place is still operating like this. The AC situation has been an issue for a long time, and despite management claiming the gym is kept at 73°, the thermostat is literally locked at 76° and appears to be off. This is Laredo—when it’s over 100° outside, a poorly cooled gym doesn’t feel like 76°, it feels much hotter once people start working out. What’s more frustrating is the response from management, which was dismissive and more focused on defending their reputation than addressing a real concern.... read more
