Staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and took special efforts to calm and make my husband with advanced Alzheimer’s feel comfortable and at ease during entire process. Amazing staff from start at front desk to end.

Very disappointed in how I was treated as a potential new patient and will be taking my needs elsewhere. I booked an appointment and received confirmation for it and then when I arrive in office (early because I know there’s paperwork) they can’t find my appointment until they search the online booking service and see that their was in fact an appointment that I had tried to schedule and the only remedy for the situation is to do my x-ray and then have me book another appointment for a cleaning. Everyone is always pleasant and very competent!
The staff is always very kind and helpful, the atmosphere is nice and calm, clean environment, and Dr. Swann is very nice and hospitable. Britney is always my hygienist and she’s a delight.
