Worst Electric Company EVER... THERE'S NO COOPERATION... SO WISH WE COULD SWITCH TO ALLIANT ENERGY AND ESPECIALLY SINCE WE HAVE ALLIANT ENERGY SOLAR FARM ON OUR ROAD
BEWARE of the electric vehicle incentive they offer! You have to get a new meter installed for a ridiculous amount of money and only get 500 KW off peak charging then $.12/KWH after that. $22 incl tax monthly meter charge for additional meter. Doing the math it will take me 6 years to pay back upfront installation investment and I can only charge without penalty between 9 pm and 6 am. If you hook up to your existing house service it will be 500KW X .12 (my current home rate) = $60/mo additional electric and much less install... read more
Horrible! 10/10 would recommend moving to an area where u don’t have to use this company! My power has been out since 11pm. There’s no person to talk to. I drove around there’s not a single truck out fixing ANYTHING!!!!!! I have a fridge full of groceries from shopping yesterday that I have to throw away!!!! There’s no updates or timeframe when it will be back on. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
Very rapid response to our only outage in 15 years.
