Rick Auto glass is amazing. Not only did they take the time to find out if our insurance would cover our broken windshield, but they actually came to our home to replace it. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough! Give them a call.. you can’t go wrong.
Not sure I can adequately say how impressed I am with the work Rock Doc did with replacing the windshield in our 2023 Kia EV-6. They made sure to get true factory parts and the installation was quick. The EV-6 has a lot of sensors and cameras that require calibration, and they got it all right the first time. Much better experience than I've had in the past with national chain glass shops. They also didn't try to sell me things I don't need, which is very much appreciated.
I'm not super happy with my visit I showed up and dropped my vehicle off wanting to get 4 rock chips repaired when I returned all 4 Rock chips were repaired like I wanted my problem with this visit is they also tried to fix a rock chip that I was not aware of and had never seen on my vehicle they decided to do this all on their own they failed at fixing this rock chip that they were not asked to fix instead I now have a 3-inch crack in my windshield that I did not have before when picking my car up they gladly accepted the m... read more
