5 stars doesn’t even come close to how amazing everyone at rock doc is! Firstly I want to thank everyone for the incredible craftsmanship and transparency on replacing my windshield I appreciate it. With all the new tech on cars nowadays, replacing a windshield is not as simple as cut out a giant piece of glass and put another one back on. Fabulous customer service, very fast and insanely courteous. HONEST to a fault. Can’t give 6 stars or I would.
I called these guys after driving by and realizing they were super close to my house. They got back to me right away, handled all the calls, checked my insurance, and got everything covered. They even scheduled me for the very next morning! My windshield was fixed quickly, and it looks fantastic. The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, highly recommend! 10/10.
