When I moved into the community in 2021 this place was ran efficently with next to zero problems. People were happy to rent here. Since moving in I have observed this property spiral into what I can only describe as Uncontrolled Chaos. I have had to stop loud party's in the pool area from people who do not live here, Run Tweakers off mine and neighbors porches, Stop Package thefts, Ect. DIRTY PROPERTY. RUDE STAFF. SPIDERS. MICE. SNAKES. RATS. TICKS. NO AC. Last year they tried to tell me I couldn’t have a window ac and when I showed them the ORS law that says I can, I was told “oh we don’t want people to know that” … Absolute garbage complex and I am counting down the days before I can move. I’ve never had so many issues in one year at one complex

So many reasons not to move here. So busy, constantly changing things among property issues that have been requiring more water shut offs than usual. Maintenance projects. Close and crammed living spaces, Just not the place to move if you are looking for a stable environment
