Dr James E Brewster is very personable. Explained my situation with clarity. Two options but guided me toward the less evasion one. Luckily he did , as there was a bone spur pressing on a nerve causing the pain down my leg. He removed the bone spur and the pain was gone! Thank you Dr Brewster you are a great doctor and I'd recommend him to family and friends!

I'd seen 2 other surgeons prior to Dr. Brewster. The first two didn't want to work on my back despite the unbearable pain. I'd done 3 years of physical therapy and various injections that didn't help. I was referred to Dr. Brewster and not only did he listen to my concerns, he was happy to move forward to fix the problem. I had a laminectomy done and haven't felt any pain. This has changed my life tremendously. Thank you for hearing me out!!

My daughter had an appointment set up by her primary care physician to get a tilt table test, but apparently Rock Creek Neurosurgery doesn't do them and we weren't informed until we were there. I don't understand how an appointment was made, we arrived and checked in, paid a $65 copay, filled out paperwork, waited to see Dr Garrett, and finally when he came in we were told they don't perform the test. I LOVE this office! I’ve struggled with migraines for 5 years now so I’ve seen a handful of neurologists and can say that I’ve never met a neurologist with such wonderful bedside manner as Dr Garrett! He’s kind, compassionate, and also so knowledgeable. I also have been blown away by the office staff who has had to deal with my (quite difficult) insurance. I’m leaving this review for Kim and this is what she has to say, do not ever go to rock Creek neurosurgery in American Fork. Their office staff is very snooty and they overcharge even though when you tell them, you don’t have a co-pay they make you pay anyway, and then when they can tell them that you they owe you a refund they did refund the money, but you have to fight for the money back as the doctors do not see Sarah Simmons PA I got no results she told me twice in front of witnesses, but I had too many shots in my back ... read more
