I have been referred to Rock Creek for two issues over the years -- a pinched nerve in my neck and chronic pain in my lower back. The pinched nerve required surgery. That was 2019. The surgery reduced much of the pain but numbness in my arm and hand has continued. In early 2025, I began experience severe lower back pains and went back to Rock Creek. I’ve been going here for about a year now and it’s really changed my life in such a positive way. Dr. Garrett is so kind and getting Botox has really helped me. I’m very grateful for this place!

So disappointed and sad about this doctor visit with Farley, I recently spent 50 minutes in the waiting room, 10 minutes in the patient room, and 2 minutes tops with Dr. Farley. He obviously could care less about me and actually had the audacity to ask me as he was ushering me out of the room if I wanted a muscle relaxant. I was offended and felt like it was a consolation prize for a wasted trip. I had updated MRIs done of my c spine and L spine and a cat scan of c spine as well as a nerve study done on my extremities. I would not recommend this neurosurgery office. The patient care was very poor, and communication was nearly impossible. Every time I tried to reach the office, I could never get anyone on the phone, and messages were not returned. When finally seen, the care felt rushed and dismissive, with little concern for my questions or overall well-being. Every time we go in we wait over an hour and when the doctor finally comes in he’s only in there for 5 seconds to say that he won’t do anything. Twice we been there and both times he would not give us the light of day.
