terrible customer service. unprofessional staff. and to top it off, I was told I could pick up my MRI disc on Friday afternoon before closing at 5, so I could take it to a specialist appt at 7:30am on Monday. When I arrived at the office at 4:15 the whole thing was shut down. not a single person. When I went upstairs to the doctors office to ask, I was told they "sometimes shut down early if there are not appointments." well for someone who was told they could come that afternoon, this is pretty upsetting. thanks for an AMAZ... read more
