Safe but expensive This apartment complex is in a very safe area and is located close to good food, shopping, etc. But I do have to say that it is a little bit expensive. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on around you. Parking near your building can be an issue after 8pm as well. I would recommend this place but it is not perfect.
Great location Rock Creek at Ballantyne Commons is a great location for shopping and dinning with easy access to the freeway into Uptown Charlotte. You can even walk to shopping and dinning. The neighborhood is very active with manicured sidewalks and nearby trails. The grounds are kept up and the staff is great. The pool area has just been renovated to include a gym. You definitely get what you pay for and more.
