I LOVE living here. Everyone is so nice and friendly from the rental office to the neighbors. Kids are nice and polite, and helpful. I truly have enjoyed coming home.
Don't do it.! Management is nasty. They tow after 10 pm. Old appliances they need to renovate. If they renovate your rent will increase. I had no choice. Can't wait to move.
I want to start off by saying you get what you pay for. You want cheap you get cheap. Cheap appliances cheap maintenance services that will perform bandaid services, and roaches. The moment I moved in, there were baby roaches crawling around. Now before I signed my lease I asked the assistant manager if there were roaches and she said no which was a lie.
